The goal of our workshop is to help trainers and athletes improve balance and proprioception (body awareness).

In addition, our aim is to build a solid foundation of basic slackline technique so athletes have the tools they need to incorporate the Slackstand into their every day training.

We run through a balance progression, starting on the floor moving our way up to the slackline, including an introduction to some advanced skills.

In addition to being active on the Education Commission, Slack Training holds the internationally recognized Slackline Instructor C Certification issued by the ISA (International Slackline Association).

Slackstand Balance Basics

Improve balance, stability and focus. Helps athletes prevent injury and recover quicker from existing lower extremity injuries.

Glute Series

Feel the burn and work stability applying the Slackstand to traditional glute exercises!.

Propper Spotting Technique

Help progress on the Slackstand and our Outdoor Training Slackline, using a buddy or self spotting.

Slackstand Plank Series

Use the unstable line of the Slackstand to increase difficulty of traditional plank and core exercises. Be creative with it!

Slackline Mount / Dismount

Apply the same technique to our Outdoor Training Line for safe use of the Slackstand and slackline!
