The goal of our workshop is to help trainers and athletes improve balance and proprioception (body awareness).
In addition, our aim is to build a solid foundation of basic slackline technique so athletes have the tools they need to incorporate the Slackstand into their every day training. We run through a balance progression, starting on the floor moving our way up to the slackline, including an introduction to some advanced skills. Perfect for all skill levels and ages. |

Slackstand Balance BasicsImprove balance, stability and focus. Helps athletes prevent injury and recover quicker from existing lower extremity injuries.

Glute SeriesFeel the burn and work stability applying the Slackstand to traditional glute exercises!.

Propper Spotting TechniqueHelp progress on the Slackstand and our Outdoor Training Slackline, using a buddy or self spotting.

Slackstand Plank SeriesUse the unstable line of the Slackstand to increase difficulty of traditional plank and core exercises. Be creative with it!

Slackline Mount / DismountApply the same technique to our Outdoor Training Line for safe use of the Slackstand and slackline!
